Rain warning in 15 states, heatwave alert in 7 states including New Delhi, weather will change in North India after June 10

Changes in the weather are being seen across the country. On one hand, after the entry of monsoon (Monsoon 2022), the monsoon has gradually entered Jharkhand. On the other hand, IMD Alert has told that once again the temperature increase will be seen in many states. Actually heatwave alert has been issued in 7 states. A heat wave warning has been issued in some states including Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, New Delhi, Haryana and Punjab. At the same time, the rainy season is also starting in 17 states.

There will be an increase in temperature in New Delhi. With the increase in temperature, the minimum temperature is expected to be 31 and maximum temperature is 43 degree Celsius. There is no possibility of any change in the weather in New Delhi for 8 days. Actually, there will be bright sunshine in the sky. A heatwave alert has been issued. In Haryana too, the maximum temperature is expected to reach 44 degrees. At the same time, a heatwave alert has been issued in this state, while in Punjab also the maximum temperature is expected to reach 44 to 45 degree Celsius.

Delhi has received rain and thundershower activities in the last few days. Due to which there has been relief from the heat in May and the temperature is more than 40 degrees. According to the weather service, there is a possibility of heat wave in the north-west and central parts of the country in the next two to three days. The national capital Delhi has witnessed thunder and showers in the last few days. Which provide respite from the hot temperatures hovering above 40 degrees in May.

The maximum temperature in the city yesterday was 42 degrees Celsius, two notches above normal. Earlier this week, three people died due to thunderstorms and heavy rain. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), rain will start in the southern peninsular region from June 7. Meanwhile, according to the forecast, there will be heavy rains in the next five days over Northeast India, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim.

Heatwave Forecast

According to IMD, on June 4 and 5, heat wave conditions will prevail in Rajasthan, Jammu, Himachal Pradesh and Delhi. IMD has issued a yellow alert for Delhi for today. According to the Meteorological Office, from June 4 to 6, severe heat can be seen in the districts of Vidarbha, Jharkhand, Interior Odisha and Chhattisgarh. Heat wave conditions will prevail over South Uttar Pradesh and North Madhya Pradesh from June 4 to 8.

The Met Office predicts an increase in rainfall activity over south peninsular India from June 7. During the next five days, there is a possibility of heavy rains over Northeast India, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim. Rajasthan Gujarat including Madhya Pradesh will also see a rise in temperature. The same sky will remain clear, people have been advised to be alert, although after June 10, once again there will be a change in the weather.

Here, in some areas of Madhya Pradesh, there may be clouds in the sky. On the other hand, drizzle will continue in some places, while the possibility of rain has been predicted in the northeastern states. Kerala Karnataka Tamil Nadu will also see rain. On the other hand, the weather will remain pleasant due to continuous drizzle in some parts of Maharashtra and Goa.

A heatwave warning has been issued in some areas of Odisha and Andhra, including Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal. Apart from this, the sky will remain cloudy at some places. An alert of continuous rain has been issued in Jharkhand after June 10. On the other hand, the onset of monsoon will be seen gradually in Bihar. While in Goa, the possibility of monsoon knock has been expressed next week. There will be an early entry of monsoon on the border of Bihar.
