AAP’s tension in Sangrur by-election, CM Bhagwant Mann to take out roadshow

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is in tension regarding the by-election to the Sangrur Lok Sabha seat. This trouble has happened after the broad daylight murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala. Now CM Bhagwant Mann will take out roadshow to win Sangrur seat.

Here the Aam Aadmi Party has already imposed the duty of 6 ministers. Those who are constantly engaged in party campaign. Apart from this, MLAs from all over Punjab have been deployed for campaigning in the villages. Polling for the Sangrur seat is to be held on June 23.

Mann’s stronghold, won even in Modi wave
Sangrur Lok Sabha seat has been a stronghold of Bhagwant Mann. He was continuously elected MP from here. In 2019, when all AAP’s Lok Sabha candidates lost, Bhagwant Mann managed to win. Even the Modi wave did not go ahead of him. This time he was elected MLA from Dhuri Vis seat. If the party got a majority, he resigned from the Lok Sabha seat before becoming the CM.

Hand over the district to the ministers and the village to the MLAs
AAP is putting all its efforts to win the Sangrur seat. Six ministers of the government, Brahmshankar Zimpa, Meet Hare, Harbhajan Singh, Kuldeep Dhaliwal, Laljit Bhullar and Dr. Baljit Kaur are campaigning for the party. These have been installed at the district level. At the same time, one MLA has been deployed for campaigning in 15 to 20 villages. This time in Punjab, AAP has won 92 seats out of 117.

Government surrounded by Musewala massacre
The Aam Aadmi Party government is surrounded by the Musewala massacre. The AAP government cut Moosewala’s security despite his being a security threat. The next day Musewala was killed. Apart from this, there have been many incidents of continuous murder in Punjab. Slogans have been written in support of Khalistan in Jalandhar, Ferozepur and Faridkot. Violence has happened in Patiala. In this regard, the opposition parties are raising questions on the performance of the government.
