“Pakistani colonel paid Rs 30,000 for attack on Indian post”, confesses arrested terrorist

The Indian Army has made a big disclosure about attempts to attack Indian posts near the International Border Line with Pakistan. In a statement issued by the army, it has been said that a Colonel of Pakistan had given 30 thousand rupees to the terrorists for the attack on the Indian post. This was disclosed to the army by an arrested terrorist who was later sent across the border on humanitarian grounds. In the last few days, the Indian Army had arrested one terrorist while thwarting all attempts by terrorists to cross the border line at different places in Jammu and Kashmir, while two terrorists were killed in a landmine blast.

In a note issued by the army, it has been told that this arrest was made on the morning of 21 August when the Tainan soldiers in Jhangar sector of Nowshera area saw the movements of two to three terrorists on their side on the Line of Control. A terrorist was close to the Indian post and was trying to cut the fence. When this terrorist tried to escape, the soldiers fired in which it was injured. Later it was captured.

It was told from the army that two other terrorists took advantage of the dense forests and managed to escape into the area occupied by Pakistan. The injured terrorist was arrested and provided medical aid immediately and surgery was done to save him. The terrorist has been identified as Tabarak Hussain and is a resident of Sabjkort village in Kotli district of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. According to the army, it told during interrogation that Colonel Yunus Chaudhary of Pakistani intelligence agency had sent him to enter the Indian border. He has got 30 thousand Pakistani rupees which was given to him by this colonel. According to the army, Tabarak Hussain was part of the squad that had conducted a recce of the Indian advance post and was finally asked to ‘enter’ it on August 21. According to the army, the man was arrested along with his brother Harun Ali in the same sector in 2016 and was released across the border on humanitarian grounds in November 2017.
