Uttarakhand : Bobby Kataria went underground, YouTuber is not coming in the hands of the police even after the raid, now preparing for attachment

YouTuber Bobby Kataria, accused of drinking alcohol on the road after stopping the traffic in Dehradun, has gone underground. Dehradun Police has raided many places in search of him. But, nothing could be found of him. He hasn’t even approached the court on Wednesday.

He had expressed his desire to surrender on Tuesday. If Kataria is not found, then the police is also preparing to get a warrant for his attachment. A case was registered against Kataria in the Kimadi Marg incident on August 11 at the Cantt police station. Notices were issued to call him several times, but he did not come even after making promises. After this, the Cantt police had obtained a non-bailable warrant from the court.

On Sunday, SOG and police teams were sent in search of Kataria. SHO Cantt Rajendra Singh Rawat said that the police had raided his house and office in Gurugram. But, he was not found. Search is on for the accused.

There is also a possibility of Kataria fleeing abroad. In such a situation, the police is also considering issuing a red corner notice against him. Since, he is not being found in the raid, soon an application will also be made for his attachment in the court.
