Xi Jinping scared of agitation! increased forces in Beijing and Shanghai; people being arrested
The sudden movements in China from Beijing to Shanghai have shaken the Xi Jinping government. Due to these demonstrations across the world, China has emerged as a dictatorial country. In such a situation, instead of improving its attitude, the Chinese government has started tightening its grip on the agitators. On Monday, the Chinese government tightened security in Beijing, Shanghai. Hundreds of people protested here. Apart from this, strictness has also been done in Xinjiang, where 10 people died due to fire in a building in Urumqi city. People’s anger had erupted only after this incident.
The protesters said that due to restrictions to deal with Corona, the rescue work was delayed after the fire. The protesters raised slogans like Hum Kya Chahte Azadi. Apart from this, slogans were also raised for Xi Jinping to leave the throne. Actually, China has implemented Zero Covid policy to deal with the Corona crisis. Due to this, lakhs of people in big cities have to remain locked inside their homes. This is the reason that people’s patience is now paying off. Even people are saying that we are not concerned about health, but want freedom.
The Chinese government has not said anything about these movements. But while giving clarification, it was definitely said that the movement does not tell the correct picture as to why people came on the streets. Ten people were killed in a fire in a building in the city of Urumqi. Apart from this, in one incident a local citizen was thrashed. This angered people and they blamed the restrictions for the delay in rescue in case of fire. This has led to massive agitations. Apart from the streets, students have also protested in universities of cities like Beijing, Wuhan, Shanghai, Urumqi, Hangzhou, Guangzhou.
