Talking about the country’s capital Delhi, there is a possibility of cold wave today i.e. on 25th December. At the same time, today the minimum temperature in Delhi can be recorded at 4 degrees and the maximum temperature can be recorded at 19 degrees. According to the information given by IMD, there will be cold wave in Delhi on 25 and 26 December.
Cold day conditions in Delhi till New Year!
Apart from this, the condition of cold day will continue in some parts of Delhi and NCR for the next few days. Two back-to-back Western Disturbances are expected to reach the Western Himalayas. The first one will be on December 26 and 27 and the second one will be around December 30 but no significant impact of these Western Disturbances is expected over the northern plains including Delhi and NCR in terms of rains.

How will be the weather in Uttar Pradesh?
In Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, today the minimum temperature can be recorded at 13 degrees and the maximum temperature can be recorded at 24 degrees. At the same time, fog can also be seen in Lucknow today. Apart from this, cold day to severe cold day conditions are possible in some parts of West Uttar Pradesh and cold day conditions are possible at one or two places in East Uttar Pradesh.
Nights cold in Rajasthan-Gujarat
During the first week of December, a significant drop in the minimum temperature has been observed in many parts of Rajasthan. However, most of the districts of Gujarat were waiting for a drop in the temperature. At the same time, now the situation of cold wave is prevailing in different parts of Gujarat. In most parts of northwestern and western Rajasthan, the minimum temperature is being recorded between 4 to 6 degrees. According to weather forecast agency Skymet, light to moderate rain is possible at one or two places over Tamil Nadu and parts of Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Arunachal Pradesh. Light rain may occur over the Western Himalayas. Cold wave conditions are possible at one or two places in Punjab, Haryana and Saurashtra and Kutch. Cold day to severe cold day conditions are possible over Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.
