In the last 18 days, about 01 lakh 63 thousand cases in the state have been reduced due to the mantra of tax, test and treatment along with teamwork to fight Corona. So far, more than 4.5 crore tests have been done in the state. On the initiative of the Chief Minister, necessary steps have been taken to prevent corona virus infection in rural areas. In rural areas where door-to-door screening is being done by the monitoring committee team. Medical kits are being provided to symptomatic and suspected patients. A list is being prepared to send such infected patients to home isolation, quarantine center or hospital. Such people are being investigated by the Rapid Response Team within 24 hours by the administration. Every person living in home isolation has the facility of teleconstruction and the need to send him to the hospital is also being done on a large scale by the administration and health department. The effect of the Chief Minister’s strategy is beginning to be seen in other districts of the state including Saharanpur division. The rate of positivity in the state has come down and recovery has increased.
Yogi Aditya Nath, during his tour of Saharanpur, got to know the condition of five corona infected patients in village Sorana, Tehsil Nakur, Vikas Khand Sarsawa and communicated directly by reaching the residence of Shri Sumit son Shri Satpal and Shri Shubham son Shri Brajpal. . The Chief Minister instructed to speed up the work of providing vaccine to 05 lakh 49 thousand 132 people above 45 years of age in Saharanpur division. Expressing satisfaction over providing vaccine to 13 thousand 306 youths in Saharanpur district, he directed to carry out special awareness campaigns to fight against Corona. While the Chief Minister has proposed to set up 300 oxygen plants in the state, a total of 17 oxygen plants will be set up, including 11 in Saharanpur district and 6 in Muzaffarnagar district. Instructions have also been given to give 25 percent honorarium to health workers engaged in treatment of corona patients. Instructions have been given to make integrated Kovid Command Centers at district level more useful.
