Uttarakhand: Corona curfew increased by a week, changes made at opening time
While the cases of corona infection are coming down in Uttarakhand, the government has extended the corona curfew by another week to keep the infection in mind. COVID curfew has been extended in the state till June 1.
At the same time, there has also been a change in the opening time of the market. Now the market will be open till 11 am at 8 am. Till now this period was from 7 am to 10 am. Apart from this, the shops of groceries will open on May 28 from eight to 12 in the morning. Government spokesman Subodh Uniyal has confirmed this.
Subodh Uniyal said that the cases of infection have come down, but the number still there is not less. Therefore, the government decided to uphold the curfew.
Subodh Uniyal said that according to the demand of the traders, after consultation with the Chief Minister, it has been decided to open the market from 8 am to 11 am. In which essential services like milk, meat-fish, fruits, vegetable shops can be opened.
