Uttarakhand Police paid its one day salary in CM Relief Fund
DGP handed over check of Rs 85 lakh 95 thousand 350 to CM
Dehradun : The personnel of Uttarakhand Police have given their one day salary in CM Relief Fund in view of the situation arising out of COVID-19. On Tuesday, DGP Ashok Kumar met CM Tirath Singh Rawat and handed over a check of Rs 85 lakh 95 thousand 350 for the relief fund. The DGP said that all the police personnel have voluntarily set an example by giving a day’s salary to the relief fund. He said that during the COVID curfew, the police assisted in providing medical facilities to hundreds of people through Mission Hausla. ADG PVK Prasad, ADG Abhinav Kumar, IG Pushpak Yoti were also present on the occasion.
