RECPDCL handed over two special purpose vehicles of transmission projects to Power Grid Corporation
REC Power Distribution Company Limited (RECPDCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Limited under Ministry of Power, yesterday awarded two projects to M/s Power Grid Corporation of India Limited in the presence of CEO and Joint CEO of RECPDCL and officials of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited. Hand over the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) ‘Fatehgarh Bhadla Transco Limited’ and ‘Sikar New Transmission Limited’.
M/s Power Grid Corporation of India Limited was selected through Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) based tariff for selection of Transmission Developers as per the Standard Bidding Documents and Guidelines notified by the Ministry of Power, Government of India.
