Vicky Kaushal was out of Bhaag Milkha Bhaag after the audition

Vicky Kaushal has climbed the ladder of success in Bollywood through his performance and choice of films. It would not be wrong to say that in today’s time he is one of the most sought after actors in the industry. However, there was a time when he felt that he could not act.
Actually, this is the story of the audition of Farhan Akhtar’s film Bhaag Milkha Bhaag when Vicky was rejected. He was offered an important role in the film. This was revealed by Vicky himself during an event in 2019.
Vicky said, “I auditioned for the first time for Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. It was not for the lead role but for his friend. Eventually it was edited. Harneet Trehan was the casting director and he is one of the most loved people in the industry. He took 3 hours for me.
Vicky further said, Shehneet called me to his office and we were trying to crack a scene. That day I felt that I could not act. I could see in his behavior during those three hours how much he was really trying to get me to act but I couldn’t.

On the professional front, Vicky has been a part of films like Mashaan, Sanju, Manmarjiyanya, URI The Surgical Strike. In the coming time, he will be seen in the biopic of Udham Singh and Sam Manekshaw. Apart from this, Vicky will also be seen in The Immortal Ashvatthama and Takht.
