Voter ID card Vs Adhaar card?

Listen to the statement made by a Union Minister of the BJP government at the Centre:

“Now, Aadhaar cards will no longer be required to access Panchayati Raj schemes and benefits. Instead, Voter ID cards will be mandatory.

Rajiv Ranjan stated that biometric authentication, along with the voter identification card number, i.e. the EPIC number, will now be the only valid method for receiving payments and government benefits.”

Do you understand what this news really means?

First, just as Hitler did, the BJP-controlled Election Commission will strike the names of millions of Muslims, Christians, Dalits, OBCs, Adivasis and opposition supporters from the electoral rolls.

Then, the Government of India will introduce rules under which anyone whose name is not on the voter list will not be recognised as an Indian citizen.

Those who are not registered voters will be denied the benefits of government welfare schemes.

Those who are not recognised as voters will not be able to approach courts and file cases as citizens, because the right to seek justice in courts is available only to Indian citizens.

Similarly, the right to own land, houses and property in India also belongs exclusively to Indian citizens.

After that, the BJP government will confiscate the land and property of millions of Muslims, Dalits, Adivasis, OBCs and opposition supporters.

The BJP government is moving relentlessly, taking one step after another in this direction.

It is crushing massive public protests through the use of police force. It is neither stopping nor showing any fear.

By using the power of the state to introduce unconstitutional rules, regulations and laws, the BJP government is pursuing a plan to render the majority of India’s population powerless, reducing them to the status of helpless insects crawling on the ground.

Today, those BJP supporters who are abusing the opposition and applauding the government will one day face the same treatment themselves. Only then will they understand.

Just as those who once celebrated bulldozers being sent to demolish the homes of Muslims are now witnessing bulldozers being sent to demolish their own homes,

in the same way, one day the BJP will strip the majority of this country’s population of their citizenship rights and turn them into a weak and enslaved people.

The BJP government will put people deprived of citizenship into detention centres and even force them to work as unpaid labourers for Adani.

People of India, your real enslavement is about to begin.
