Airtel’s new campaign on network quality

Leading telecom service provider Bharti Airtel today launched a new campaign to showcase its world-class network and the diversity in customer preferences for differentiated services. According to data published by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), 2 out of every 3 new mobile customers during September 2020 – February 2021 opted for Airtel over other networks. During this period, over 25 million customers joined the Airtel network, reflecting the quality of its brand of services.
Shashwat Sharma, Chief Marketing Officer, Bharti Airtel said, “Our one and only guiding principle is our passion to deliver quality service to our customers. It is heartening to see customers continue to listen and reward Airtel for providing them better service, especially at a time when the pandemic has redefined normalcy. Today, Airtel has the largest number of active mobile customers in India and more importantly, we believe that we are the leaders in the hearts of the customers.

Airtel has built a 5G-ready network and has consistently proved to be the leader in network performance parameters surveyed by several global platforms. According to OpenSignal, Airtel’s mobile network offers the best video and gaming experience in India. To take this experience even further, the company has recently acquired an additional 355.4 MHz spectrum at a cost of `18,699 crore in spectrum auction.
