Hospital fire, three dead, 11 scorched
Three people were killed and 11 others were injured in a fire that broke out in the intensive care unit (ICU) of Semashko Hospital in Russia’s central city of Ryazan early Wednesday.
The regional administration issued a statement saying that according to the Ryazan Regional Emergency Situations Ministry, a fire broke out at the Semashko hospital at 3.36 a.m. Due to this fierce fire, two people died inside the hospital and one person died in the ambulance. 11 people have been injured in the accident, some of whom are in critical condition.
