Sneh did a great performance in his debut test, fulfilled his father’s dream

Indian women’s team off-spinner Sneh Rana, who made her Test debut in the one-off Test against England, dedicated her stellar performance to her father, who passed away two months ago.
Sneh dismissed three England players on the first day and played a key role in getting India back in the match.
Sneh said, I lost my father two months back. He died just before the team was announced. It is a very difficult and emotional moment because my father wanted to see me play for India. Unfortunately he is no longer with us but it is a part of life.
She said, I had an injury due to which I was away from cricket for a year. But I played domestic cricket and performed there. Thank goodness I was able to come back.
Sneh said, only when the team meeting took place before the match, I came to know that I am included in the XI. I spoke to the coach and the captain and discussed how to bowl.
Sneh said that India has the advantage as they are playing this match without any pressure and they have nothing to lose.
