The issue of making all necessary arrangements including health security of students, parents, teachers etc., appearing for the examinations under these sections, has also been raised in the petition.
On June 03, the Supreme Court had asked CBSE to prepare a marking scheme for the 12th examinations and present it in the court. The board gave its formula to the court on June 17, which was accepted by the court and took it on record, but the petitioner students say that the new scheme is indifferent towards the students and examinees of these classes. This is a violation of Article 14 of the Right to Equality in the Fundamental Rights enshrined in the Constitution.
