Uttarakhand Volleyball Premier League will be on the lines of IPL

There is a golden opportunity for the players who are interested in the Volleyball of Uttarakhand. Baba Sports Academy will organize Uttarakhand Volleyball Premier League from October 17. In this, the participating players, coaches and team members will be bought by industrialists from all over the country by investing money. It will be organized on the lines of IPL. On Saturday, Gopal Agarwal, State President of Baba Sports Academy Kashipur US Nagar held a press conference in a hotel located on Haridwar Marg. He told that from October 17 to November 3, matches will be held for the Uttarakhand Volleyball Premier League. The state volleyball team won gold medal in 2002, Rajak medal in 2010 and bronze medal in 2013. But, at present the state team is not named in the medal table, while there is no dearth of talent here. To bring out this talent, this Premier League is being organized by the Academy. Academy secretary Sachin Semwal told that 18 matches will be organized in this league. It will start from the capital Dehradun. In this, six teams will be formed after trials from across the state. Of the 12 players in the fray, eight will be from Uttarakhand and four from other states. Industrialists from all over the country will invest money on coaches and other members including players. In this, the players will be given tracksuit, kit, shoes. It will be telecast live on DD Sports.
