Uttar Pradesh / Lucknow : LPS children did yoga
On the occasion of International Yoga Day, officials of the management of Lucknow Public Schools and Colleges, principals of all branches, teachers and thousands of children performed yoga in their homes. In this online yoga camp, trained yoga teachers Ranjit Katiyar and Amit Kumar Awasthi gave yoga training through zoom app, in which thousands of children were seen joining online and doing yoga. Apart from this, in this online yoga training, students of many schools of the state got training in yoga. The children took a pledge to practice yoga regularly and to incorporate yoga into their lifestyle to improve their physical, mental and spiritual health.
