Corona investigation and cases were discussed by the District Magistrate in the meeting. The District Magistrate said that unique contact tracing should be increased in Mal, Malihabad, Mohanlalganj. He told that we should vaccinate more and more people so that all the people of the district get the vaccine of COVID. So that all people are safe from corona because vaccination is the only way to prevent corona. The District Magistrate directed to increase the target of corona vaccination to 20,000 per day and after three days to 30,000 per day. Said caution has to be taken even after vaccination. It is essential to follow corona prevention protocols like wearing a mask, washing hands frequently with soap and water for 40 seconds and following physical distance of 2 yards. It was informed that on June 26, frontline workers who have done good work during COVID will be honored with a citation. It was directed by the District Magistrate that all the pregnant women should be ensured to get pre-natal check-up and certificates should be given to the beneficiaries by feeding the birth and death registration data on the CRS portal. Along with this, registration of pregnant women should be ensured at the health centers at the earliest. It was directed by the District Magistrate that it should be ensured that everyone gets the benefit of Janani Suraksha Yojana in time. It was told by the District Magistrate that under the Prime Minister’s Safe Motherhood Campaign, high-risk pregnant women should be identified and provided treatment. Simultaneously, the routine immunization program should be accelerated and the routine immunization of children should be increased. Also directed that the children who have been left out of routine vaccination due to COVID, should be ensured to get their regular vaccination immediately by making a list. Prakash said that under Home Based New Born Care, ASHA workers should visit the home regularly to measure the weight of newborn babies and ensure to take other health related information. Along with this, he should also tell people about the prevention protocols from COVID. In the meeting, the District Magistrate told that now the rainy season has come, so people should be informed by the frontline workers to keep the house and surroundings clean. Along with this, people should also be made aware about non communicable diseases. The District Magistrate also directed the front line workers to pay the honorarium on time. The District Magistrate informed that a special cleanliness drive will be conducted in the district till June 22-30, under which cleaning, cutting of bushes, cleaning of drains and fogging will be done in the entire district.
