Uttarakhand : International Yoga Day celebrated in BHEL
Haridwar : International Yoga Day was celebrated with enthusiasm in BHEL along with the country and the world. On this occasion, online yoga training session was organized by BHEL Yoga Mandal. Addressing the program, Chief Guest Sanjay Gulati, Executive Director, BHEL said that Yoga, an integral part of Indian culture, is getting special recognition at the international level as well. He said that if we make yoga a part of our lifestyle, then we can keep ourselves away from various diseases. Gulati said that the usefulness of yoga has increased even more in the current Corona period. Rashmi Gulati, the patron of BHEL Ladies Club, the special guest, while wishing everyone a happy International Yoga Day, called upon them to include yoga in their daily routine. Yoga instructor Lalit Singh Rawat made the seekers practice various yoga asanas and pranayamas. Rajesh Kumar Dwivedi, President of BHEL Yoga Mandal welcomed all the guests and participants. Secretary J.B.Singh threw light on the various activities being carried out by the Yoga Mandal. Several General Managers, senior officers, employees and their families of BHEL participated in the program.
