Uttar Pradesh / Lucknow : DRM tested the arrangements at Charbagh railway station

Saw all the passenger facilities at the station, instructions to follow the COVID protocol

New DRM Tarun Prakash of Northern Railway Lucknow Division along with branch officials arrived to inspect the important Charbagh railway station of the capital. During this, he took the entire train including Lucknow station, second entry
Thoroughly inspected the premises. He also inquired about the passenger amenities available at the station, cleanliness food stalls, book stalls,
Proper provision of toilets, pay and use, reservation, Tatkal and other ticket counters, clean drinking water, lighting at stations.

Took stock of the arrangements, the seating arrangement of passengers on the platform, the functioning of the Tourist Bureau and Parcel Office. Simultaneously, the DRM stressed on the imperative to conduct the entire railway works on the basis of the instructions issued by the Government of India regarding Kovid-19. He also asked the railway personnel to treat the passengers cordially and courteously.
