Twitter locked Ravi Shankar Prasad’s account for an hour, said- policy violated

There is a constant tussle between Twitter and the Government of India.  There is also a lot of difference between the government and Twitter regarding the new IT rules. 

The IT Minister’s Twitter account was blocked for almost an hour.  Twitter has argued behind this that they have violated Twitter’s policy.
