Roadside bombing kills 5 Iraqi policemen

Five members of the Iraqi Federal Police have been killed after a roadside bomb exploded in the northern province of Kirkuko. The incident happened when a roadside bomb detonated near a federal police vehicle outside the city of Daqq, some 250 kilometers north of the capital Baghdad. The police vehicle was also damaged in the blast, the source said.
After this deadly attack, a joint force of Iraqi army and police launched a search operation in the area to nab the attackers, he added.
