During an interview, yoga guru Ramdev had told that what he has found in his life has been found on his own. Haven’t got it by anyone’s grace. Neither any corporate nor any political party or individual has achieved anything at the mercy of. Ramdev had told, ‘I have done the work of giving these people on the contrary.’ Ramdev started saying that if he wanted, he could have become the Prime Minister or President of the country. They can be made in the future too, but they don’t want that post at all. He’s not made for that. They are made for yoga.

Let us tell you that yoga guru Baba Ramdev has moved the Supreme Court to stay the proceedings of several cases registered against him in different states for his alleged remarks on allopathy in the treatment of COVID-19. Ramdev has also sought protection from punitive action in the FIR lodged by the Indian Medical Association (IMA). Ramdev has reportedly sought a stay on the proceedings of the FIRs registered by the IMA in the Patna and Raipur branches and to transfer the FIRs to a Delhi court.

The IMA had last month filed a police complaint against Ramdev and sought registration of an FIR for “dishonest and misrepresentation” of allopathy.

In the complaint lodged with the IP Estate police station, the apex medical body said that Ramdev has “deliberately spread false, baseless and malicious information” about treatment of COVID patients by established and approved methods and drugs.

In Raipur, Chhattisgarh, the police had registered an FIR against Ramdev on a complaint filed by the Chhattisgarh unit of IMA.

Sections 188 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant), 269 (infection of disease dangerous to life) on Ramdev for allegedly spreading “false” information about drugs being used by the medical fraternity for the treatment of COVID A case was registered under negligent act likely to cause rioting), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace).
