Uttarakhand / Haridwar : Bank’s foundation day celebrated
State Bank of India SME Ranipur branch celebrated the 66th Foundation Day of the bank with great pomp. On one hand, social service, environmental protection, health, digital banking facilities, and tree plantation were discharged under the programs organized by the bank administration on this occasion. First of all, all the employees of the bank took an oath to maintain the bank as the first priority bank of the customers in the combination of Branch Deputy Manager Ms. Rubi Mishra and Assistant Branch Deputy Manager Amrita Sharma Batra. After this, Branch Deputy Manager Ms. Rubi Mishra and Assistant Branch Deputy Manager Ms. Amrita Sharma Batra met CISF Commandant SD Arya and presented them computers for CISF under Corporate Social Security. During the program, the foundation day ceremony was celebrated with great pomp in view of the SOP of Kovid 19 by cutting the cake by the officers and employees of the bank. Deputy General Manager Ms. Rubi Mishra and Assistant Branch Deputy Manager Ms. Amrita Sharma Batra planted saplings. Ms. Rubi Mishra said that although we are celebrating our 66th Foundation Day, our glorious past is 213 years. The Bank of Bengal was established in 1806, followed by the Bank of Madras and the Bank of Bombay. In 1921, these three banks were merged to form the Imperial Bank. On July 1, 1955, the State Bank of India was formed and the Imperial Bank merged with it.
