Villagers demanded removal of illegal possession and cancellation of lease

Villagers of Gram Panchayat Badamawala presented a memorandum to the SDM by demonstrating against the illegal occupation of the society’s land under the guise of the allotted lease in the village. The villagers demanded immediate removal of illegal possession and cancellation of lease. The villagers said that if immediate action is not taken, then there will be a massive agitation. The villagers told in the memorandum submitted to the SDM that a woman of the village had been allotted land by the Gram Sabha in the form of a lease for the construction of a house. But, instead of the allotted land, the said woman is trying to occupy other land of the village society. Not only this, on being opposed, he and his family are not backing down from fighting with the villagers. Due to which there is an atmosphere of tension in the Gram Panchayat and there may be a threat to peace and order in the village. Taking cognizance of the demand from the SDM at the earliest, the villagers have demanded that the illegal occupation of the society’s land be freed. Arvind Sharma, Satpal, Mahendra Singh, Jaipal Singh, Ashish Kumar, Rajendra Singh, Suresh, Premchand, Vijay, Rakesh, Rajkumar, Rekha, Pawan Kumar, Rahul etc. were included in the protesters and those who submitted the memorandum.
