Uttarakhand : CM Dhami pays tribute to Dr. Shyamaprasad Mukherjee on his birth anniversary

Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami paid tribute to Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookerjee on his birth anniversary by garlanding his statue at Mukherjee Park, Rajpur Road. Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami said that Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee was an educationist, thinker and founder of Jana Sangh. Dr. Mukherjee was the first Industry Minister of the country. He said that Dr. Mukherjee wanted to make Jammu and Kashmir a complete and integral part of India. He advocated the abolition of Article 370. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi made his dream come true by abolishing Article 370 and 35A from Jammu and Kashmir. State BJP President Shri Madan Kaushik, Cabinet Minister Shri Ganesh Joshi, Mayor Shri Sunil Uniyal Gama, etc. were present on the occasion. Earlier, Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami also paid tribute by garlanding the portrait of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookerjee at Bijapur Safe House.
