Uttarakhand / Haridwar : Demand for implementation of strict land law
In support of the Uttarakhand land law, a demand was made by the Parvatiya Cultural Committee to implement a strict land law by forming a human chain at Shivalik Nagar Chowk. Urged the Uttarakhand government to implement strict land laws like the Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Sikkim models by making changes in the existing land laws on priority. President of the organization Suman Pant and secretary Kailash Bhandari said that there is a need to implement land law soon to keep the culture, water, forest and land of Devbhoomi safe. During this, Amit Bhatt, Ravindra Uniyal, Ritesh Gaur, Deepa Joshi, Tejpal Singh Negi, Jaswant Singh Bisht, SP Bothial, Sujan Singh Bisht, Chandra Butola, Deepak Notiyal, Kedar Singh Rawat, Rahul Joshi, Mahavir Gusain, NS Bhandari, Uttam Singh Bhandari , JS Bhandari, Rukm Singh, BP Kala were involved.
