Reliance Nippon Life announces bonus of Rs 306.88 crore for policyholders
Life insurance company Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Company Limited has announced a bonus of Rs 306.88 crore for its policyholders for the financial year 2021. The company said that this bonus is a proof of strong economic performance, under which the company has released Rs 50 crore after paying tax at the end of the year till March 31, 2021.
According to the announcement, the declared bonus has been given to all the policy stakeholders till March 31, 2021. In a policy with reversionary bonus, it will increase the assured return on death or maturity. This bonus will be given on the basis of the profit that was raised through the fund of the company’s policy stakeholders for the financial year 2020-21.
More than 6 lakh 85 thousand shareholders of Reliance Nippon Life will get the benefit of this bonus. The company has been announcing bonus continuously for the last 17 years. This is like an incentive for the consumers, who not only pay the premium of the company continuously but also invest in the policy.
