Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, while attending the swearing-in ceremony of District Panchayat President and District Panchayat members in Kaushambi and Prayagraj districts on Monday as the chief guest, he congratulated everyone for their victory and wished them a bright tenure. Addressing the swearing-in ceremony, Shri Maurya called upon the members to do all round development of their area and district without any discrimination, contribute towards the implementation of ambitious schemes being run for farmers, poor and laborers. . Try to create maximum employment, he also said that what development works have to be done under the Panchayati Raj system. For this, do all the brainstorming and give a new look to the development in the area.

He also said that a huge amount of money has been made for the development of rural areas through Panchayats, there should be no feeling of arrogance in anyone’s mind. We have to walk with the big goal of development without discrimination. At the same time we have to work with the spirit of respect for all – space for all and development for all, with all and trust for all. Development is our first priority. He also said that new dimensions of development have been established in the country and the state by the present government, yet much remains to be done. The Chairman and the members should prepare a road map for development together and leave no stone unturned in taking the plans of all-round development on the ground.

Referring to the construction works being carried out by the Public Works Department and the Bridge Corporation, he said that roads and bridges are being constructed on a large scale in the entire state. There are also huge projects going on in Prayagraj and Kaushambi, and some projects are under process.
