Rehana Pandit turns ‘Alia’ as her second home for ‘Kumkum Bhagya’
Fans love Zee TV’s very famous show Kumkum Bhagya. Fans always like the twist of the show. These days a new avatar of Pragya is being seen in the show. With the arrival of a new twist of the story, the show has once again drawn the fans towards it.
The story of Kumkum Bhagya revolves around Abhi (Shabir Ahluwalia), Pragya (Sriti Jha), Alia (Rehna Pandit), Tanu (Leena Jumani), Ranbir (Krishna Kaul) and Prachi (Mugdha Chaphekar). The show has been the favorite serial of the audience for a long time.
Recently the show took a leap of two years, which has left everyone stunned and everyone is curious to know what will happen next in the lives of these characters! The audience saw how everyone’s fortunes have changed, especially in the character of Alia, played by Rehna.
The actress is also very excited about the new look of the show. Rehna has been spending a great time on the sets of ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ since her role as Alia last year and now she considers it her second home, says Rehna recently, “Where for the past several years”. While Kumkum Bhagya is entertaining the audience, I got a chance to join the show only last year, when Shikha left the show after giving birth to her child, to be honest, ever since I joined the show. Yes, everything is going well.
The actress said that while initially I was hesitant to come in place of Shikha, now I feel that I have now completely adopted the character of Alia. However, apart from acting, I had a great shooting experience with all the actors.
The entire ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ family welcomed me wholeheartedly and now I am a member of the wonderful group of people. Actually the show also has star actors like Shabir Ahluwalia and Sriti Jha but no one appears like that on the sets, all are like a family, very humble and kind and we all have a lot of fun together .
The actress said that we have developed a really strong relationship, and ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ has become like my second home. There are no judgements or interruptions in your work, they just motivate you to give your best. I am having a great time being a part of this show.
Regarding the change in her character after the leap, Rehna says, “Alia’s character has changed a lot. After losing her wealth, Alia’s family is living like this. Now Alia is no longer fond of fashion, as it used to be. You will see him in a very simple outfit.
In fact she is disheartened by the current situation, especially the poverty that has plagued her family! She doesn’t hesitate to say anything now, not even in front of her brother! However, one thing has not changed in her till now and that is that she still loves and cares for her family very much. She helps her family in every possible way.
While Rehna is enjoying being a part of Kumkum Bhagya, it will be interesting to see what her character Alia will do when Pragya returns to take revenge on Abhi.
