Jan Sangharsh Morcha has demanded to conduct DPC of the personnel working in the government departments of the state. The Morcha President said that it is not being done on time, due to which the working style of the employees is also being affected. Along with this, the employees are also facing financial loss. Talking to reporters at the office on Hospital Road, Morcha President Raghunath Negi said that due to non-availability of DPC on time, they are being exploited financially along with the seniority of the employees. This is affecting the morale of the employees, which is affecting their working style. He said that due to the negligence of the officers and technical flaws, the seniority of the employees is lagging year after year due to non-issuance of DPC calendar relative to the vacancies at the time. Due to this many employees retire without taking benefits of promotion. He said that the employees having the prescribed qualification must be given the benefit of promotion on time. He said that Jan Sangharsh Morcha would soon knock on the government regarding this matter. OP Rana, Bhim Singh Bisht were present in the press conference.
