Jal Nigam Jal Sansthan Mazdoor Union has started its agitation at Jal Nigam Headquarters. On Monday, the employees at the headquarters expressed their anger against the management by raising slogans. Provincial President Rajesh Gola and General Minister Chandi Prasad Sharma said that the management is not serious about any demand. The demands of the employees are being ignored from both the levels. So far, no action has been taken after sending the file to the government regarding the elevation of grade pay 1800 and grade pay 1900. Alleged irregularities in promotion to the posts of Junior Assistant. Said that the service rules of field employees have not been amended so far. According to the mandate, conveyance allowance of Rs 1200 was not sanctioned to the field employees. Pension should be paid to the retired employees and family members from UP Jal Nigam as per the seventh pay scale. Dearness allowance should be sanctioned on family pension as per the mandate. There is a delay in sanctioning the pension of retired employees by raising unnecessary objections on behalf of the Finance Section. The time limit for sanction of pension should be fixed. The arrears of 7th pay scale should be paid.
