After Punjab, now the Congress has intensified the exercise of reconciliation between its two factions in Rajasthan. Regarding this, State Congress President Govind Singh Dotasara has called a meeting of all the MLAs today. The discussion is in full swing that the expansion of the cabinet is possible in the state next week to bridge the gap between the Sachin Pilot and Ashok Gehlot camps. The ongoing war between Captain Amarinder Singh and Navjot Singh Sidhu in Punjab seems to be ending now.

Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal and Rajasthan in-charge Ajay Maken reached Rajasthan on Saturday and met Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. Venugopal has termed it as an official tour.

Sachin Pilot, along with 18 MLAs, had opened a front against Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot last year. Earlier this week, Pilot had indicated that the Congress would soon take appropriate steps on the issues raised by him.
