City Magistrate Jagdish Lal, who came to inspect the problems in Jwalapur, was informed about the problems like cleaning of drains, damaged culverts, water logging on damaged roads etc. Suhail Akhtar said that due to non-cleaning of drains in the ward, the local people have to face problems due to waterlogging on the roads in the rainy season. Waterlogging has been a problem in Katra Bazar and Peeth Bazar for a long time. Due to lack of cleanliness, bushes have grown in the drains. In which there is a fear of being poisonous animals. Suhail Akhtar said that the cleaning of big drains should be done thoroughly by forming a Nala Gang for cleaning the drains. Drains and culverts of drains are also damaged. Which are not being rectified despite repeated requests. The municipal officials working under pressure are not taking cognizance of the problems of the wards. Municipal officials work to avoid the problems told by the councilors by saying that there is no budget. He said that the damaged roads and culverts should be constructed at the earliest. So that people can get relief from problems. Some municipal officials are adopting a discriminatory policy. As a result, there is no solution to the problems. Giving a warning, he said that if the problems are not resolved soon, then taking along with the local people, they will be forced to stage a dharna at the office of the Municipal Corporation Commissioner.
