Rishikesh. DIG Neeru Garg listened to the problems of the people of Munikireti and Tapovan area in the mass dialogue program. During this, the focus of the people was on the problem of traffic jam. The DIG talked about removing the problem of jam. On Tuesday, DIG of Garhwal region, Neeru Garg participated in the public dialogue program at Omkarnand Institute located in Tapovan. Here the local people put the problem of traffic jam in front of the DIG. Told that during the yatra season, there is jam due to vehicles from Shyampur to Tapovan. It takes hours to travel 10 minutes. This creates a lot of problem for the tourists as well as the local people. The police should make a better traffic plan to deal with the jam. Along with this, the matter of public dialogue program parking and drug abuse arose. The DIG talked about making a plan to deal with the jam. SSP Tehri Tripti Bhatt said that action is being taken on the problems of the people. The police is doing the job of disposing of them as soon as possible. Municipal President Roshan Raturi said that despite the lack of police force, the Munikireti police station is fulfilling its responsibility very well.
