Uttar Pradesh court to hear on August 26 in case related to Pak PM

A court in Uttar Pradesh’s Pratapgarh will hear on August 26 a plea seeking registration of an FIR against Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan to discuss his position. A criminal complaint was filed against the Pak Prime Minister in the Pratapgarh court, seeking registration of an FIR against him for allowing the destruction of Lord Ganesha’s temple in Pakistan.
The complainant, a lawyer and the National President of All India Rural Bar Association, Gyan Prakash Shukla has alleged that the temple was allegedly destroyed by an unruly mob to disturb India’s communal harmony.
He further alleged that Khan was also involved in the crime along with the criminals, as a video of his party leader destroying the temple has gone viral on social media.
He alleged that it was part of the cold war launched by Pakistan against India.
Taking cognizance of the complaint, Civil Judge Lalganj Lalita Yadav fixed August 26 for recording the statement of the complainant and hearing of the complaint.
