COVID Update : 24 cases of corona in Uttarakhand

On Thursday, 24 new corona patients have been found in Uttarakhand. With this, the total number of patients has increased to 3,42,526. On Thursday, 37 patients were discharged from various hospitals and home isolation, after which the number of cured patients has increased to 3,28,695. Whereas now only 418 active patients are left in the state. According to the bulletin of the Health Department, about 19 thousand samples were sent from hospitals across the state for examination, while reports of about the same number of samples came. On Thursday, the maximum number of four patients were found in Pauri. Not a single new patient was found in Almora, Tehri and US Nagar while less than ten new patients were found in all other districts. The rate of corona infection in the state on Thursday is 0.12 percent while the rate of recovery of patients has come down to a little less than 96 percent. Once again more than one lakh people were vaccinated in the state on Thursday. According to the Health Bulletin, a total of more than one lakh 19 thousand people were given anti-corona vaccines at 821 booths across the state on Thursday. With this, the number of people taking a single dose in the state has exceeded 53 lakh. While close to 17 lakh people have received both the doses of the vaccine.
