The Chief Minister today expressed his views after launching the online posting/appointment letter distribution program of 2,846 newly selected spokespersons and assistant teachers of government secondary schools at Lok Bhavan here. were expressing. During the program, 11 newly selected spokespersons and assistant teachers were given posting/appointment letters by the Chief Minister. The newly selected spokespersons and assistant teachers have been selected by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission. The Chief Minister said that in the last four and a half years, the present state government has done the work of filling the vacancies of teachers in various educational institutions expeditiously. During this 1.5 lakh posts of teachers have been filled in Basic, Secondary, Higher and Technical Education Department. The process of recruitment was completed following the rules of fairness, transparency and reservation. Today, 2,846 selected lecturers and assistant teachers for government secondary schools are being posted online on the basis of merit. Expressing gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji for implementing the New Education Policy-2020, the Chief Minister said that this policy is for education. A radical change in the world has been implemented to establish educational institutions as important centers for providing qualified citizens and to make education a medium of bookish knowledge as well as innovation, new research and new research. In the ranking of ‘Ease of Doing Business’, the state has moved from 14th place to second place. During the tenure of the present government, changes are taking place in the state in the right and positive direction. Due to the coordinated efforts of the state government, the youth of the state are getting employment in their home, village, district, state itself. The unemployment rate of the state was 17.6 percent in the year 2017, it has come down to 4.1 percent in the year 2021. The Chief Minister said that the work of development of infrastructure facilities has been started in the state. Even better results are being obtained from this. There has been a significant increase in the per capita income of the state. The economy of the state moved towards a new height. Despite being the most populous state of the country in the year 2016-17, the economy of the state was ranked sixth in the country. Due to the continuous efforts of the state government, the economy of the state has become the second largest economy of the country in the last four and a half years. With the rapid progress of the state, large scale investments are coming here. Through this, 1.61 crore youth have been successful in providing jobs and employment. The Chief Minister said that the state government has done the work of reviving and encouraging the traditional enterprise of the state. There were clusters of micro, small and medium enterprises in different districts of the state, which were important centers of employment and self-reliance. These centers were destroyed due to the neglect of the previous governments. The present state government did the work of mapping, marketing, linking them with new technology and design and a new scheme of ‘One District, One Product’ was started. Traditional enterprise is getting a new height through this scheme. Today this scheme is a popular scheme of the country. This scheme also has an important contribution in increasing the exports of the state rapidly. The Chief Minister said that the responsibility of the teacher is very important. Teachers should be a role model for the students. The student remembers the teacher for life. The newly selected teachers reach the school on time and contribute in the all round development of the student. He expected the newly selected candidates to contribute towards creating a positive environment in the state and taking the youth forward in the right direction. He said that it is necessary for a qualified teacher to remain a continuous student, constant curiosity makes a better teacher. The Chief Minister said that 08 districts of the state were left behind in the fields of education, health, agriculture, employment etc. Siddharthnagar, Balrampur, Shravasti, Bahraich, Chandauli, Sonbhadra, Chitrakoot and Fatehpur have been identified as aspirational districts. The teachers to be appointed in these districts need extra hard work. Along with the education of the children, their nutrition and health should also be taken care of by the teachers. It is also necessary for the teacher to be acquainted with the schemes of the government, so that he can acquaint the students with these schemes as well as get them benefited as per the requirement. While addressing the program, Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Dinesh Sharma said that under the leadership of the Chief Minister, there is a wide spread in the state. have improved. The state has emerged as a model state for other states of the country. Uttar Pradesh is the first state to implement the New Education Policy-2020 under the leadership of Chief Minister. He said that under the direction of the Chief Minister, a copy-free method of examination was implemented in the state. For the first time in the state, the syllabus was implemented on the pattern of NCERT. The results were also declared soon after completing the high school examination in 12 days and intermediate examination in 16 days. A system has been made to get the mark sheet, certificate online. The system of coding was implemented on the mark tables. Teachers are being posted and appointed using modern technology.

While addressing the program, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Basic Education, Satish Chandra Dwivedi said that the tenure of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be known as Golden Age in the history of the state.
