Uttar Pradesh / Basti : In a terrible road accident, the car blew up, five died, one girl survived including the driver
National Highway 28: On Thursday morning, a car rammed into a container parked on the road from behind at Puraina crossroads of Nagar police station area of Basti district. Due to which five of the seven people in the car died on the spot, while two suffered minor injuries. According to the information received from the police, Abdul Aziz, a resident of Jharkhand state, used to work as a property in Sharda Nagar Lucknow, Lucknow. On receiving the news of the death of his mother living in the village, he was going to his home in Jharkhand along with his family in a car. His car had reached Puraina crossroads of town police station area of Basti district. Then the car got out of control from the driver Abhishek and rammed into a container standing on the road from behind. Due to which the car blew up and the car got stuck in the container. As soon as the information was received, the city police station in-charge Arvind Kumar Kori, Foothiya outpost in-charge Ramdev constable Bhalchand immediately reached the spot. In a hurry, the vehicle was pulled out and Aman, the daughter of Abdul Aziz, who survived safely and the injured car driver Abhishek, took out Aman from the side. Sitting at a house, the injured car driver was taken to the hospital with the help of an ambulance, while dead inside the car. The trapped bodies of the five could be retrieved after much effort. They were identified as Abdul Aziz 48 years, Nargish Tavassum wife Abdul Aziz 45 years, Aman daughter Abdul Aziz 18 years, Sidra daughter Abdul Aziz 10 years Tuba son Abdul Aziz. The police took the dead body into custody and informed the family members about the incident.
