Councilors and BJP office-bearers of Municipal Corporation Rishikesh have expressed happiness over the election of Rishikesh Mayor Anita Mamgain as the Vice-Chairman of the Mayor’s Council of Uttarakhand. On Monday, a congratulation program was also organized for the Mayor organized in the Municipal Corporation office. In the program, the councilors and BJP office-bearers congratulated Mamgai on being made the vice-president of the Mayor’s Council of Uttarakhand. Mayor Anita Mamgain said that it is a matter of pride to get the important responsibility of Vice President in the Mayor’s Council of Uttarakhand. She will do everything possible to fulfill this important responsibility. A model of development will be made in all the municipal corporations of the state. Schemes related to public services and facilities will be implemented better.
