Uttarakhand / Dehradun : Congress held a public meeting in Deeplok Colony

Eight times only one person was MLA from BJP, despite this, no major development work was done in its Cantt area : Naveen Joshi

In view of the preparations for the upcoming assembly, Congress leader Naveen Joshi held a public meeting near Fawwara Chowk in Deeplok Colony. During this, he said that only one person of BJP remained MLA on the seat eight times. Despite this, no major development work could be done in the cantonment area. While addressing the gathering at Deeplok Lok Colony near Kishannagar Chowk, he said that the backbone of the common people has been broken under the rule of BJP. He said that for a long time there is only one MLA from this area. Then no such major work was done which gave employment to the people. Said that houses were not built for the poor, the condition of electricity, water etc. is also not good. On this occasion, State Congress General Secretary PK Agrawal and former rank holder Manish Kumar said that BJP has given only unemployment, fear, hunger and corruption to the state. Till date Lokayukta has not been constituted. Mohammed Shahid, Mehtab, Firoz Khan, Monty, Shaan Mohammad, Ramesh Grover, Rashid Ahmed, Furkan, Nawab Khan, Ravi Negi, Priyanshi, Chand Mohammad, Manish Joshi were present on this occasion.
