Priyanka Gandhi reached Rae Bareli in UP tour, worshiped at Churuva Hanuman temple
Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi reached Rae Bareli on Sunday during her UP tour. There the workers gave him a warm welcome everywhere. After reaching Rae Bareli, Priyanka Gandhi visited Bajrangbali at Churuva Hanuman temple. Blessing Priyanka Gandhi, the priest of Churuva temple said, ‘Make Rae Bareli your abode and stay here. I wish to form your government in Uttar Pradesh. Assembly elections are to be held in UP next year (UP Assembly Election 2022) and Priyanka Gandhi’s activism has increased regarding this. She will hold a meeting with the party leaders here.
Priyanka Gandhi also applied tika on her forehead during worship. However, during this time she kept on wearing a mask. Pujari said to Priyanka Gandhi that we want your party to become the Chief Minister and Prime Minister. He clarified that he is not doing evil to any party, but no one has done as much good work as your party and governments have done here.
The priest said that your mother had also given up the post of Prime Minister. People do not even leave the post of the head. Priyanka Gandhi, however, only nodded her head during this and did not talk politically in the temple premises. Prior to this, Priyanka Gandhi had a meeting with the party’s office bearers and MLAs in the capital Lucknow during the UP tour.
Significantly, less than six months are left for the UP assembly elections. Parties like SP, BSP and Congress have so far indicated that they will not forge an alliance with any major party in the fight against BJP. It is worth noting that the Congress has released a promo of the UP elections on Friday, in which Priyanka was described as the ‘hope of UP’. Priyanka is preparing the strategy for the UP assembly elections.
It was decided in the meeting of the Congress party that before the UP assembly elections, the party would take out a 12 thousand km long ‘Pratigya Yatra’ in the entire state. All the big leaders of Congress will be involved in this yatra from time to time. Priyanka Gandhi is the general secretary of the party and in-charge of UP. Congress has released the first promo of UP elections on her on Friday, in which Priyanka Gandhi has been termed as the ‘hope of UP’.
