Major Achievement of 3 Months

4. On passing the written examination of Union Public Service Commission, NDA, CDS and its equivalent, financial assistance of Rs. 50 thousand will be given to the candidate on the basis of the financial condition of the family.
5. The service of such personnel, whose service was interrupted, working as contract workers for many years in Government Polytechnics, their service will be kept under control as before.
6. Decision to increase the honorarium of temporary teachers in state universities, now Rs 35,000 per month.
7. Will generate lakhs of self-employment opportunities. Time bound targets for self-employment were given to various departments.
8. For the convenience of self-employed applicants, all formalities will be completed at one place by setting up camps.
9. Subsidy given under Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Tourism Self Employment Scheme will be increased.
10. Under the Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojna Ati Micro (Nano Enterprises), about 20 thousand small businessmen related to small industries like sewing, weaving, fruit vendors will be benefitted. A subsidy of Rs.05 thousand will be provided on loan of Rs.10,000 per person.
11. A total of 501 posts have been created in Nagar, Dehradun and Haldwani Medical Colleges.
12. Approval to create 70 posts in Government Nursing College, Bajpur.
13. Formation of a cabinet sub-committee on the demands of the sub-committee.
14. An amount of about Rs 50 crore has been approved for the salary etc. of the employees of Uttarakhand Transport Corporation.
15. In view of the Kovid effect, a relaxation of one year has been given to the candidates in the selection of Group-C posts under the ambit of the Public Service Commission and outside the ambit of the Public Service Commission, which will be applicable till June 30, 2022.
16. One year relaxation in age limit will be given to Group ‘B’ also.
17. Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission, Uttarakhand Technical Education Council, Uttarakhand Medical Selection Board and other selection institutions of the state to free the applicants from the cost of fee charged for the applications invited for recruitment. Application fee will not be charged till March 2022.

Sports
19. Efforts will be made to make Sports College, Raipur a sports university of international standard.
20. According to their sports talent, 50-50 boys and girls in the age group of 8 years to 14 years will be given Chief Minister Khiladi Upgradation Scholarship every year.
21. Daily allowance of players will be increased to Rs.225/-.
22. Women Sports College will be established in Udham Singh Nagar district for the development of sports skills of women players.
23. Free travel facility will be provided to the players participating in the National Games in Uttarakhand State Transport Corporation buses.
24. An excellent sportsperson sports quota of 5 percent will be provided for admission in colleges/professional courses.
25. National Games medal winners will also be provided government service like Asian/Commonwealth/World/Olympic medal winners.
26. In order to bring excellence in the performance of sportspersons, ‘Khel Vigyan Kendra’ will be established in the State Sports Development Institute to ensure scientific and psychological techniques.
27. Arrangement of coach will be made to ensure the participation of the players of the state in the Olympic Games.
28. Efforts will be made to set up a ‘Sports University’ in Maharana Pratap Sports College, Dehradun.
29. The players participating in the National Games / Asian / Commonwealth / World / Olympics will be provided insurance / financial assistance in view of sports accidents / sports injuries and other sports contingencies.
30. Major Dhyanchand Private Sector Sports Participation Promotion Fund will be set up to provide financial assistance for the establishment of sports complex, sports academy, sports university by the private sector to promote sports facilities in the state.
31. To participate in national/international competitions, the assistance of traveling expenses, sports kits, etc. will be provided to the players.
32. A separate hall will be arranged for table tennis players.
33. Under the Khelo India scheme, Khelo India State Level Center and Sports Science Center will be constructed in Dehradun.
34. At least one center will be established in all the 13 districts of Uttarakhand.
Education
35. To make online education more convenient, we will provide free mobile tablets to the students of class 10 and 12 of the state schools.
36. Arrangement of separate toilets for girl students will be ensured in all the schools of the state.
37. The amount of Shivanand Nautiyal Scholarship will be increased from Rs.250 to Rs.1500 and also the number of its beneficiaries will be increased from 11 to 100.
38. The amount of Dev Suman State Meritorious Scholarship will be increased from Rs.150 to Rs.1000.
39. Virtual classes will be arranged in 600 additional schools.
40. Admission fortnight will be celebrated from 1st to 14th September 2021 in all government schools including Atal Utkrisht Vidyalayas and on 15th September 2021, Swagotsav will be celebrated for the newly admitted children.
41. Tablets will be made available to the students of Government Degree Colleges. About 1 lakh students will be benefited by this. Its total expenditure load is Rs.100 crores.
42. Eight new colleges will be created while seven colleges will be upgraded from undergraduate to postgraduate.
43. 50 additional academic posts will be created at the undergraduate level and 10 at the postgraduate level as per the requirement of the government colleges already operating there.
44. A high level committee will be constituted to make the courses in line with the new education policy.
45. Free text books will be provided to the students of all classes from class 9 to 12 from next year.
46. Scholarship will be provided to 100 toppers of class 12 of government schools for the preparation of higher education for 5 years.
COVID relief package / incentive amount etc.
47. A package of about 200 crores for the people associated with the tourism, transport, culture sector affected by COVID-19 in the state. This will benefit about 01 lakh 64 thousand beneficiaries / families.
48. A package of 205 crores is being given for the medical sector. It also has an incentive package for personnel working in the medical and health sector to deal with the global pandemic COVID-19. This will benefit 3 lakh 73 thousand 568 people of the state.
49. Under the package, Asha facilitators and Anganwadi workers will be given Rs. 2 thousand per month for the next 5 months. The mandate has been issued.
50. An amount of Rs.3-3 thousand will be given to the employees of Group C and D of the Health Department and Rs.10-10 thousand to the doctors as incentive.
51. Along with this, one tablet each will also be provided to 1120 ASHA facilitators and Anganwadi workers.
52. Ayurvedic and homeopathic kits will also be distributed to these personnel with the aim of protecting them from the ill effects of COVID-19 and increasing their immunity.
53. Government medical colleges will be set up in Haridwar and Pithoragarh districts, for which an amount of Rs 70-70 crore will be released in the current financial year.
54. A COVIDrelief package of Rs.118 crore 35 lakh will be given to the beneficiaries of women self-help groups and self-employment schemes of the state government. 7 lakh 54 thousand 984 beneficiaries of the state will get relief from this.
55. A one-time incentive of Rs 10,000 will be given to the constable, head constable, sub-inspector and inspector for the commendable work and services being done by them in COVID-19.
56. Patwari/Lekhpal, Revenue Inspector and Naib Tehsildar will be given a one-time incentive of Rs.10,000 for the commendable work and services being done by them in COVID-19.
57. A one-time incentive of Rs 10,000 will be given to the Village Development Officer, Gram Panchayat Development Officer and Assistant Development Officer for the commendable work and services being done by them in COVID.
58. Support of Vatsalya scheme to destitute children of families affected by COVID in the state.
59. A deduction of Rs.1.00 crore (one crore only) made for the financial year 2020-21 will be released in the MLA fund to be given to each member of the Legislative Assembly in the state.
Preparing for the possible third wave of COVID
60. All necessary arrangements were made in view of the possible third wave of Corona. Adequate number of oxygen, ICU, ventilator and separate wards for children in all district hospitals, CSCs, PSCs.
61. By December 31, 2021, 100% vaccination will be done in the state.
62. Bageshwar and Rudraprayag districts have become 100% first dose districts. Similarly, 100% first dose has been given in Khirsu block also.
63. In the state, 1945 pediatric oxygen beds and 739 NICU, PICU beds have been identified for COVID cases in children.
64. Micronutrients have been arranged for children. Essential medicines available in all CHCs, PHCs, sub centers.
Health
65. Free testing scheme started in the state. Patients will get free facility of 207 types of pathological tests.
66. After delivery, ‘Khushi Kiya Ride’ started to drop the mother child from hospital to home free of cost.
67. 44 in Ayushman Uttarakhand Yojana Under this scheme, 213 hospitals have been empaneled in the state, which includes 102 government and 111 private hospitals.
70. Ayushman card is acceptable for treatment in more than 27000 hospitals across the country under national portability.
71. So far more than 3.40 lakh patients have got free treatment under the scheme. So far, more than ₹ 04 billion 61 crore has been spent on the treatment of beneficiaries under the scheme.

83. By issuing a new mandate for the identification of the state agitators, arrangements for marking will be made by December 31, 2021.
