The meeting of the foreign ministers of France and America was held today for confidence building

French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian and US Secretary of State Antony Blinkon will discuss the confidence building between the two countries on Tuesday. The French Foreign Ministry has confirmed the meeting. A State Department spokesman said the Secretary of State would hold an executive meeting with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken at the State Department on Tuesday.

It is noteworthy that in September last month, France had criticized the new Security Ox agreement between Australia, Britain and America. The French foreign minister called it a hoax. Due to this, France’s multi-billion dollar submarine agreement with Australia was out of hand. Since then there was a lack of trust between the two countries.
