America ready to talk to North Korea without any preconditions
The US has said that it is ready to negotiate with North Korea without any preconditions. US State Department spokesman Ned Price has said that the US is working with its allies in the Indo-Pacific region on the Korea issue.
“We are coordinating closely with allies including the Indo-Pacific… We are also ready to engage with North Korea without any preconditions,” he said.
