Uttarakhand / Dehradun : Congressmen sitting on a silent fast against the arrest of Priyanka

On the way to Lakhimpur Kheri, Congress workers sat on a silent fast in Dehradun to protest against indecency and stopping Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi. Congress workers are sitting in front of the statue of former PM Rajiv Gandhi at the Congress headquarters on Rajpur Road under the leadership of state president Ganesh Godiyal. Before going on a silent fast, Godiyal made a scathing attack on the Center and the UP government. Said that BJP is immersed in the arrogance of power. The opposition is being harassed for raising its voice to protect democracy. Congress will continue the struggle to protect the interests of the people. On this occasion State General Secretary Naveen Joshi, Lalchand Sharma, President of Ex-Servicemen Cell Balbir Singh Rawat, Rajesh Chamoli, Spokesperson Garima Dasauni, Anoop Pasi, Anil Rawat, Mohan Kala etc. were also present.
