The meeting was presided over by Ranvijay Singh and conducted by Akhilesh Chaturvedi. The program began with paying homage to his portrait. Addressing the gathering, CPI State Council member, Com. Ashok Kumar Tiwari said that Com. Jamuna Singh was a leader of the poor, laborers and employees and used to stand by them in every situation. Carrying forward the legacy of Jamuna Singh’s struggle would be a true tribute to him. State General Secretary of Janaus Satyabhan Singh said that it is very difficult to have a personality like Comrade Jamuna Singh in present times. CPI-ML State Committee member Ram Bharos, NTPC Electricity Employees Union leader Laxmi Narayan Patel, CPI-ML district in-charge Ateeq Ahmed, Anirudh Pratap Maurya, Sher Bahadur Sher, Vinod Singh, Anil Singh, Chandra Dev Singh, Devi Din Kanojia, Leaders like Khushiram Gupta, Ram Kripal Jaiswal, Girish Singh, Shiv Prasad Singh etc. addressed. In the end, Shailendra Singh, son of Com. Jamuna Singh, expressed his gratitude to all the people who came to the program.
