It is the festival of Diwali, I can understand the busyness of the Chief Ministers. And yet I am very grateful to all the respected Chief Ministers for taking out time to sit with us. It is true that I wanted to talk to the people of the district, I did not want to disturb the Chief Ministers. But this is a commitment, even in the hearts of the Chief Ministers, which is their goal of 100% vaccination to their state, that is why those Chief Ministers also sat with us today and their presence will give a new confidence, new strength to the officers of our district. And it is a matter of great pleasure for me and that is why I express special gratitude to the Chief Ministers… They gave so much importance to it and by taking out time, they are sitting on the day of festivals also.

I thank all the Chief Ministers from the bottom of my heart and I am sure that the things that have happened today, now after the blessings of the Chief Minister, they will move forward very fast and we will get results. And let me tell you that the progress we have made till date is because of your hard work. Today, every employee of the district, of the village, small and small, our Asha worker, has worked so hard. In so many far-flung areas, people have taken vaccination by walking on foot. But after 1 billion, if we loosen up even a little, then a new crisis can come. If you want to make different strategies for each village, each town in your districts, then make that also. You can also do this by forming a team of 20-25 people depending on the region. We can also try to have a healthy competition in the teams that you have formed. You should also take maximum help of our young friends of NCC-NSS. You can also make region wise time-table of your respective districts, set your local targets. I keep talking to our colleagues from the government at the grass root level, I have seen that the women officers who are involved in the work of vaccination, they are working with great enthusiasm, they have given good results. The women workers in our government, even our women in the police, sometimes take them along for this work for 5 days 7 days. You see the result will be very fast. Your districts should reach the national average as soon as possible, I want you to go beyond that, for this you will have to put all your efforts. I know that a challenge before you is rumor and confusion among people. And as we move forward maybe these problems will come to us in concentrated areas. Many of you have mentioned this during the conversation. A big solution to this is to make people more and more aware. You should also add local religious leaders in this, take their help, make short videos of them 2-2,3-3 minutes and make their videos popular, make videos of those religious leaders in every house, make efforts to make them understand. I often meet gurus of different sects regularly. I had talked to all the religious leaders in the very beginning and appealed to them for their help in this work. All are very supportive of vaccination, no one opposes. Just two days ago, I also met Pope Francis at the Vatican. We also have to lay special emphasis on taking the message of the religious leaders on the vaccine to the public.

Before the birth anniversary of Birsa Munda ji, create an atmosphere in the entire tribal area, and in a way, as a tribute to Birsa Munda ji, this time we will get the vaccine. Let us add some such emotional things and I would like that this approach will also be very useful in the complete vaccination of this tribal community. As much as we will do the communication related to vaccination in a simple way, in the local language and dialects, I have seen that some people have made songs and are talking about vaccination while singing songs in the rural language. It will bring better results.
