Four Omicron patients were found in Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) area of ​​Pune district. All of them had been in contact with 3 Nigerian women who had previously been confirmed to have an Omicron form of infection. Of the 7 new patients, four had taken all doses of the vaccine. Of the 7 new Omicron patients, four have no symptoms, while three have mild symptoms. “One patient had received a single dose of the vaccine, while one patient was not vaccinated,” the release said. Another patient is a three-and-a-half year old child and is not eligible for vaccination.
